Do you want to learn how to solve inner conflicts, and support people around you when they are in conflict with each other?

On this two-day residential workshop you will practise the skills you’ve learned in your Basic Training PLUS develop further understanding and skills in the area of conflict:

Preparation: We request that you have attended a Foundation Training or equivalent.
Trainer: Shantigarbha, certified with the Center for Nonviolent Communication
Location: Aryaloka Retreat Center, Newmarket, NH, USA.

Program for the workshop:
The workshop starts on Saturday 3 April at 6:00pm and continues until Monday 5 April at 3:00pm. The workshop follows on immediately from the two-day Basic Empathy training. If you have attended the Basic Empathy training, you are eligible to attend this intermediate workshop.

Training fees:
We want to make this training accessible to as many people with different financial resources as possible, whilst supporting ourselves to continue sharing this work. In order to do this, we propose that you choose your own fee from the range of $400 – $100

Suggested guideline for choosing a fee:
– Choose the lower end if you are struggling to pay the rent.
– Choose the upper end if you are regularly eating out well and/or paid for by your employer.
When you book, please say the amount you are offering to pay. If you are unsure how to decide, feel free to get in touch with us.

Accommodation: Accommodation and meals are at the venue. Accommodation is in comfortable, shared bedrooms and the food is simple, tasty and vegetarian.

About the trainer
Shantigarbha (Chris Warren) is an international NVC trainer certified with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC.org). He leads workshops and retreats in the UK, continental Europe, the USA, India, and Sri Lanka, where he’s running a reconciliation project after the civil war there. He writes on NVC for two UK magazines and has appeared on Sri Lankan television.
