Bristol: Empathy Circle

Bristol: Empathy Circle

An Empathy Circle is for everyone interested to experience how powerful empathy is. It is an opportunity to meet with others to share and practice empathic listening with Nonviolent Communication (NVC) tools. An Empathy Circle provides a safe space to:

  • Practise and deepen skills of empathic listening.
  • Find more clarity and deeper understanding of your feelings and needs.
  • Explore and share with openness and curiosity.

The idea is that we support each other to give and receive empathy. The trainer will be available to hold a safe space and clarity about what empathy is.

We have regular meetings once a month which will be announced on Meetup and here. Places are limited: book online or contact Gesine for more information.

Please note: An Empathy Circle is different from an NVC practice group where you learn about all three aspects of NVC (self-empathy, expressing and empathy).

Date:Tuesday, 5 June 2018.

Times: 6.30–8.00pm.

Trainer: Gesine Schrader, CNVC-certified trainer.

Location: Cromwell Road, St Andrews, Bristol

Suggested donation: £10.00.
