Accreditation

The Seed of Peace NVC Training Programme leads to being accredited with Seed of Peace to facilitate the Level One and Level Two courses. These are six-week courses, with one 2.5 hour session per week plus work in between.

We have developed these courses in Bristol, UK over the last three years. Because the exercises and approach are so specific to these courses, we are asking everyone, even those who regard themselves as ‘advanced’ NVC practitioners, to attend the Level One course first as a participant. We will then invite you back to follow the Level One facilitation track. We ask the same for the Level Two courses: attend first as a participant, then come back and follow the facilitation track.

Level One Accreditation

We are open to accredit you to facilitate the Level One course when:
1. You have attended the Level One course as a participant
2. You have returned and followed the Level One course facilitation track.
3. You have at least 20 days’ training in total with a Certified Trainer. (If you complete 1 and 2, it sounds like you will already, with your other training, have surpassed this total).
4. We discuss your progress and next steps, and agree to accredit you.

Level Two Accreditation

There are three Level Two courses: Deepening Empathy, Transforming Anger and Transforming Conflict.
We are open to accredit you to facilitate one of these Level Two courses when:
1. You have already been accredited at Level One.
2. You have attended the relevant Level Two course, and returned to follow the facilitation track.
4. We discuss your progress and next steps, and agree to accredit you.
