Intention
When offering our services, it is our very best intention to be respectful, kind, inclusive, open-minded and to hold everyone’s needs with equal value.
We recognise that, despite our best intentions, our services may not always be delivered or received in the way we would like them to.
If there is a service or event that we offered that stimulated painful feelings in you or did not fully meet your expectations, we welcome hearing feedback about this because we are committed to learning and improving our sessions, courses and events. If at any time your feedback is difficult for us to hear we commit to getting support to genuinely open our hearts to what you want us to understand.
Please let us know directly
Please email us with the word “Dissatisfied” in subject header and share with us what you want us to know. As soon as we receive this, we will do our best to respond to you within 48 (working day) hours and will organise a phone or video call with you if wanted.
Our wish is for us to communicate with as much openness and clarity between us as possible – working with the NVC process to guide our communication. We want to understand what happened, how you feel and what needs have not been met during the situation that you share with us.
We are keen to consider suggestions and requests for action that may be taken to resolve this matter and to prevent situations like this arising in the future.
If we are not able to find a resolution together, we will refer you to the Conflict Transformation (CTW) team in the UK (see below). If you feel too vulnerable to contact us directly first, then the CTW would be the place to go.
Conflict Transformation Weave (CTW)
The CTW is a group of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) practitioners who help NVC communities to preempt and respond to conflicts, by building internal agreements, developing skills and increasing resilience. They offer conflict transformation support when groups have done what they can and realise they need further support in order to move towards connection. Their website is: www.ctw-uk.com
Centre for Nonviolent Communication
As we are NVC trainers, certified with the International Centre for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and hold a current agreement to share NVC, another option you have available to you is to contact them. Their website is: www.cnvc.org . Whilst you are of course free to contact them at any time, our wish and request is that you contact us in the first instance to see if we can resolve things between us.
