Delia is a social worker, trainer, and facilitator with a feminist and intersectional perspective. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can feel safe, authentic, and connected, exploring new ways of relating and developing self-knowledge. With over 15 years of experience supporting people in vulnerable situations, she combines direct work with participatory research, integrating learning around communication, invisible power dynamics, and personal development. Her practice incorporates tools from social work, improvisational theatre, restorative practices, and participatory processes, with particular attention to the role of trauma.  experiencing homelessness and remains committed to building more empathetic and conscious communities.Currently in the process of certification as a Nonviolent Communication facilitator, she lives in Barcelona, where she supports women. Joan Isaac

Spain

Facilitator with over 500 hours of training in Nonviolent Communication. Experience supporting personal processes related to mental health, especially with people at risk of suicide. He has collaborated in feminist-informed men’s circles and in spaces with young people focused on masculinities, identity, and sexuality. Trained as a mediator by the International School of Mediation, with a focus on authentic encounter and fostering connection between people. His practice is grounded in tools that promote deep listening and self-connection. He is particularly interested in applying open communication and emotional regulation techniques in informal, everyday contexts, and in how these integrate with therapeutic approaches.
