Sudha Shankar,
India
Sudha has been working in the areas of communication and healing. She has been an editor for over 20 years, working with Indian and international publishing houses. In her other world, she practises hypnotherapy and other energy healing modalities, to help bring about wholeness and wellness.
Straddling both these worlds — communication and healing — is Nonviolent Communication (NVC), a compassionate process that can bring about deep healing, awareness and understanding. Sudha has been an NVC practitioner for over seven years and his now a Certified Trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC).

Manasi Saxena (M.Phil., JNU),
India
Manasi is a CNVC Certification Candidate and the Founder of enCOMPASSion. Manasi is passionate about tapping into the natural reserve of resources within individuals and communities to facilitate growth and learning. As a learner of NVC for the last six years, she has been organising NVC events across India, conducting trainings for big and small groups, and holding personlised sessions for growth and healing. When she isn’t facilitating learning, she enjoys playing her guitar, writing fantasy fiction, and hanging out with her husband and three cats.

Annie Thomas (M. Phil., Delhi University),
India
Annie has been part of the Nonviolent Communication community in India for the last seven years. She has a background in Experimental Theatre, and an M.Phil in Social Psychology. She worked to coordinate projects for H.H.The Dalai Lama’s Cultural Centre in New Delhi before moving on to teaching French as a Foreign Language at the Alliance Française. As a Certificate Candidate with CNVC, Annie has hosted and offered trainings based on Nonviolent Communication in Delhi. She practices empathy with her dog Rusty, and enjoys all things that foster creativity.
