Online: Self-Compassion and Self-Acceptance: 2.5 hr workshop on building inner resilience
Apr

Peace starts at home… and that means, starting within ourselves. When we can make peace with ourselves, we can begin to move towards making peace in the world.

Join us on April 15 2023 for a 2.5 hr online workshop on
Self-Compassion and Self-Acceptance.

We’re focusing on how to cultivate a kind relationship with ourselves. Through experiential exercises for your mind, your body, your heart and your spirit we will explore how to recognize and transform self-critical thoughts and beliefs. You will practice how to offer yourself acceptance for the parts of you that are not as comfortable and hold them with deep empathy and compassion.

About this Nonviolent Communication workshop

In this workshop we will focus on:

  • Practicing self-compassion and self-awareness.
  • Exploring strategies to recognize and transform self-critical thoughts and beliefs.
  • Developing self-reflection skills which allow a deeper understanding of one’s emotions, needs, and values.
  • Finding a sense of inner strength and resilience developed through self-compassion and inner peace.
