Peace starts at home… and that means, starting within ourselves. When we can make peace with ourselves, we can begin to move towards making peace in the world.
Join us on April 15 2023 for a 2.5 hr online workshop on
Self-Compassion and Self-Acceptance.
We’re focusing on how to cultivate a kind relationship with ourselves. Through experiential exercises for your mind, your body, your heart and your spirit we will explore how to recognize and transform self-critical thoughts and beliefs. You will practice how to offer yourself acceptance for the parts of you that are not as comfortable and hold them with deep empathy and compassion.
