The Venue: Critchill Manor Estate
We’ll be at Critchill Manor Estate, two miles from Frome, Somerset, from Tuesday 4 – Sunday 9 August, 2020.
Critchill Manor Estate is well situated on the edge of Frome and offers easy transport links to London, the A303 and M4. Frome train station is just a short drive from the estate. The main access is via Critchill, which in turn is accessed from Nunney Road in Frome. Alternatively, you can access the site via the village of Nunney via Frome Road. Vehicle entry times for the venue are as follows unless otherwise arranged:
- Weekdays: 8am – 10pm
- Saturdays: 8am – 12am
- Sundays: 8am – 9pm
Travelling by Car. If you use sat nav or a mapping service like Google Maps enter the postcode BA11 4LJ. This normally takes you directly to the gate.
If you look on Google Maps with that postcode you will see a drive running north from Critch Hill (Google’s error, it’s actually ‘Critchill’) / Frome Road, with a lake. This is the driveway into the venue. The entrance to the driveway is flanked by large gateposts and is easy to identify.
Access to Critchill is via Frome or Nunney. Both access routes are narrow in places and pass residential areas. Please drive carefully and with respect for residents! If you are driving from the local area please be considerate and avoid taking shortcuts through small lanes – we would like to avoid causing disruption and congestion to local people.

Directions from the front entrance to the Summerfest area
Proceed up the driveway towards the main house, passing a bungalow on your right. The road sweeps round to the left in front of the house in the direction of the main car park. Still facing the house, the Summerfest area is on your right – look out for our Welcome Gazebo. The camping area is beyond the swimming lake. If you are camping, you might want to drop off your tent and other stuff here, before proceeding to the car park.
Drop-offs: Those being dropped off in taxi or car can do so in the main car park or at the entrance to the driveway from Critchill.
